摘要(Abstract)：

日本医养结合养老模式的发展得益于家庭、政府、市场三方面的密切配合。文章基于多重制度逻辑理论，从家庭逻辑、政府逻辑以及市场逻辑三个维度，对比分析中日两国医养结合的养老模式。与中国相比，在促进医养结合养老模式发展方面日本的老年人思想态度、养老服务标准体系、地区福利政策体系、市场竞争机制及人才信息体系都具有较大优势。因此，借鉴日本医养结合养老模式的成功经验，从转变老年人思想、完善养老服务标准体系、建立地域福利政策体系、吸引企业参与竞争、培养专业护理人才、健全智慧养老信息体系等方面，为我国医养结合养老模式的发展提出有益启示。
