摘要(Abstract)：

大学生的职业成熟度发展水平,将直接影响个体的职业选择及其随后的职业适应、职业满意与职业成功。构建了职业成熟度模型,研制了职业成熟度量表,对模型进行可行性验证,并通过单因素方差分析和分步回归分析探寻了影响职业成熟度的关键因素。研究结果表明,个人心理因素对职业成熟度影响更大,应着重从心理层面,加强大学生的性格塑造,提升其职业成熟度。
